How to use

Adapalene gel or cream is applied to the affected area once daily just before bedtime. Apply thinly onto clean skin. To ensure that the area of application is devoid of oil, one may use a mild cleansing agent.

Use adapalene as prescribed. Do not use more than the recommended dose. 

Dosage of Adapalene (ADAFERIN Gel) 0.1% 

Acne vulgaris:

Adult: 0.1% solution/cream or 0.3% gel: Apply thinly onto affected areas once daily at night after cleansing.

Missed Dose of Adapalene (ADAFERIN Gel) 0.1% 

Apply the missed dose as soon as you remember it and then adjust the timing

Overdose of Adapalene (ADAFERIN Gel) 0.1% 

 In cases of overt application of Adapalene, please seek medical help.

How Does It Work?

Adapalene binds to particular receptors of retinoic acid capable of controlling the activator protein 1 (AP1) DNA transcription that recognizes the bacterium Cutibacterium acnes, the bacterium responsible for acne vulgaris.
